    Description

    RightRide Winnipeg is in pursuit of the next level in automotive excellence and, as the industry evolves & our story continues to transform, we are looking for an experienced full-time Sales Manager to join us in writing our next chapter You will lead/execute our new/used vehicle sales strategy, drive results in F&I, customer retention, & team member growth.

    Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor, presenting a professional environment that supports automotive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
    Handle the full sales process from end to end, respond to leads, handle manager TOs, desking and closing deals
    Be accountable for ensuring the successful conversion of iLeads to sales
    Execute the established the short, medium, and long-term sales objectives for new and pre-owned vehicle sales
    Develop and implement sales plans for your team to enable achieving monthly and annual goals
    Collaborate with the inventory management team and manage inventory life cycles including pricing strategies, appraisals, vehicle purchases, etc.
    Contribute ideas to and participate in the development and implementation of the dealership's marketing and advertising initiatives
    Monitor performance metrics related to your team including sales and customer experience metrics
    Develop and maintain relationships with our valued clients to further promote the dealership's brand within the market
    Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for growth
    Develop a strong team to fully execute on the sales strategy for dealership
    Deliver financial results while ensuring compliance with company policies and corporate governance
    L ead, demonstrate and champion a healthy and safe work environment ensuring that all safety standards, policies, procedures and compliance requirements are communicated, implemented and followed
    A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive dealership sales management
    Post-Secondary education in a related discipline would be considered an asset
    Excellent verbal/written communication combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision makers
    Experience using CRM systems or other automotive software systems would be considered an asset
