    We are looking for a Corporate Strategy Analystto help grow our business and contribute to our future.

    The Corporate Strategy Analyst is responsible to support the Company's strategic direction and manage activities related to the Company's growth strategy and planning and works closely with the Corporate Development team. They foster and build relationships with key stakeholders and are a credible partner across the organization. Reporting to Director, Business Strategy, other highlights include:

  • This role is responsible to research and analyze industry trends and emerging market opportunities of the business and will work collaboratively with a variety of business segment experts to obtain knowledge and understanding of the business, as well as utilizing public data sources whenever possible.
  • In partnership and collaboration with the business line leaders, identify and prioritize product and service improvement opportunities and provide a comprehensive assessment for new opportunities or expanding the business.
  • Under the direction of the Director, Business Strategy, provide support for growth plans and the annual business plans that includes managing a matrix that monitors corporate progress against the pre-set corporate financial plan, ensuring that key milestones are on track and provide sound metrics used to measure success, identify gaps or highlight areas of concern.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, report findings to leadership using a variety of tools and utilize the data to influence short and long-term strategic decisions.

    • What you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree plus 3 – 5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, or analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and dissecting complex issues.
  • Strong financial acumen and project management skills, with the ability to comprehend high-level challenges and break them down into actionable details.
  • Competence in data analysis for decision-making.
