    We are Phoenix, a mission-driven digital healthcare platform for men.

    You'll own recruitment from start-to-finish, as well as lead other people + culture initiatives.

    You will help contribute to our growing team and foster the incredible culture that Phoenix has built with it's small (but mighty) If you're a rising star at an agency looking to make the leap in-house to a fast-growing YC-backed startup, this is an opportunity to find interesting people, and make a big impact by helping Canadians take control of their health.

    Build and improve HR processes including but not limited to onboarding, benefits, payroll, and more
    Manage your time between building a pipeline of qualified candidates, and interviewing interesting candidates
    Manage external job postings and promote new career opportunities through your network and various strategic channels
    Help define and execute on our hiring strategies to scale several teams through hyper-growth phase and continuously build a healthy pipeline of leads
    3+ years of experience in a fast-paced HR or recruitment role (agency or startup strongly preferred)
    You can thrive in a fast-paced working environment and aren't afraid to take risks

    Fun team, local in Toronto We are a small elite team in Downtown Toronto. We love the tight feedback loop of working together in the office.
