    ABOUT THIS ROLE

    Summary
    Promote, commercialize, and sell the D2C Media suite of solutions to new and pre-owned auto dealers, which includes websites, website add-ons, digital advertising, Facebook Marketplace, CRM, and VBDC services.

    Location: Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Retain and Grow Existing Accounts:
      Develop and implement strategies to retain and nurture relationships with current customers. Analyze customer accounts using D2C Media dealer performance reports, dashboards, and benchmarks to identify growth opportunities. Conduct monthly performance reviews, present opportunities, propose upselling solutions, and provide training on D2C Media solutions. Confirm digital advertising budgets monthly. Participate in the escalation process when support is needed, and act as a trusted advisor.
    • Market Share Expansion: Create acquisition opportunities by introducing D2C Media to prospects in your assigned territory and qualify potential leads.
    • Nurture Prospects and Facilitate Proposal Process: Plan strategies, nurture prospects, book presentations, propose, and close transactions effectively.
    • Participate in Website Deliveries: Facilitate milestones in the website delivery process, including requirements gathering, dealer contacts, timelines, features selection, training, and post-launch activities.
    • Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed acquisition and revenue targets, maintain strong customer relationships, and continuously improve sales knowledge and performance.
    • Update Sales CRM Daily: Ensure accurate updates for Accounts, Opportunities, and Performance reviews.
    • Participate in weekly sessions with the Sales Director and product sessions as needed.
