    Description

    Currently seeking a Plant Production Manager for a leading packaging manufacturer committed to delivering high-quality, innovative packaging solutions to clients across various industries.

    With a focus on sustainability and efficiency, our client strives to be at the forefront of the packaging industry.

    Their facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and a dedicated team passionate about delivering excellence in every aspect of their operations.

    As their new Plant Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met or exceeded.

    Lead and supervise production staff to ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

    Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing production efficiency and resource utilization.

    Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, maintenance, and quality assurance to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.

    Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training, and development within the production team.
    5 to 10 years of experience within a print or packaging environment is required.
    ~5 years of experience within a plant management role is required.
    ~ Experience working with print press operators and print production personnel.
    ~ Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles an asset.
