- Focus on driving value from the commercial relationships to our personal insurance services.
- Manage day to day operational aspects of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency and meet financial targets.
- Ensure adherence to operational standards through use of HUB Best Practices and HUB Reporting tools.
- Utilize most current centralized reference tools to help make decisions or follow appropriate commercial lines procedures.
- Lead the implementation and operationalization of new service tools and processes.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and retention.
- Thrives in a team orientated and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills allowing you to juggle multiple competing priorities on a daily basis.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong and productive interpersonal relationships both internally with your staff and externally with your clients.
- Strong MS Suite knowledge: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Bookings, PowerPoint.
- Minimum 5 years insurance brokerage experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a department or branch.
- Level 2 General Insurance license.
- Industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary Expectations –
The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 -$100,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
