    Description

    Job Title: Technical Analyst
    Location Address: Hybrid (Once a month or as required) – Downtown, Toronto
    Contract Duration: ASAP until April 30st 2024

    Typical Day in Role:

  • Exchange to be decommissioned and migrate users to O365.
  • Support daily L2 tickets.
  • Documentation of process.
  • You will provide support for Unified Messaging.
  • You will participate in Change Management for production deployment support.
  • You will participate in Incident Management, Problem Management and support Audit activities for supported production environments.
  • You will analyze issues, identify root causes and work towards fixes.
  • You will support the bank in terms of legal and regulatory compliance requests.
    • Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical working experience with Windows Servers, Exchange Servers 2016 and O365 Server.
  • 1+ years of hands-on technical working experience with writing effective scripts using any type of scripting languages with a preference towards PowerShell.
  • 1-2+ years of working knowledge with Networking (protocols, etc.)
  • 1+ years of working experience with ServiceNow and MS Teams.
  • 1+ years of working experience with Active Directory and Group Policies.
    • Nice-To-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Windows Exchange 2019.
  • Previous experience working in a large institution.
