    Description
    Aurum is a National Commercial Services company operating in cities including Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, Saskatoon, and more. Our core services include commercial, post-construction, and high-density residential window cleaning, along with other property-related maintenance services.


    Job Type:
    Permanent

    Train or manage training of cleaners, ensuring adherence to Aurum standards for safety & quality
    Maintain control and inventory management of all Aurum cleaning equipment
    Assist the Director of Operations with scheduling and dispatching employees for projects
    Negotiate budgets with cleaning personnel for piecework projects
    Manage workloads through effective workforce planning including optimizing available cleaners and identifying requirements for additional headcount

    Reinforce work safety, on a daily basis, by means of communication (safety talks and awareness), training (as applicable), visual (identifying potential hazards at the workplace, signs, etc.), Document and keep records of all safety meetings and/or discussions for the duration of the contract.

    Strong team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
    ~ Project management experience
    ~ Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office and learn new programs
