    Generative AI Program Lead – Engineering and Architecture Practice Governance and Adoption

    This role is in Governance & Adoption, part of Engineering and Architecture Practice in ICG.

    The mission of Governance and Adoption is to deliver digital products faster and better using best practice operating model and toolkit as well as drive adoption across +20,000 users across the firm.

    The Generative AI Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation from Technical SMEs, specialist, users, vendors and management to enable Generative AI capabilities and drive the roll-out and adoption of such products across the organisation.

    Hands-on management of Generative AI initiatives navigating regulatory compliance, company's policy and Software Delivery Life Cycle process
    # Implement established program management standards and framework in place
    # Manage stakeholders at all levels within the organisation to deliver the objectives

    Able to work efficiently with virtual teams
    Solid knowledge of Program Management techniques including Prince2 and Agile
