  • Location: This opportunity has the ability to be remotely based within Canada (except for QC), or onsite/hybrid/remote in the Vancouver, BC Lower Mainland.
  • Annual Base Salary: $48,000 - $56,000 CAD

    Safe Software is looking for enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the primary purpose of this role is to enhance our website's content and user experience. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to optimize our web content, support marketing objectives, and contribute to the company's growth under the guidance of the Director of Marketing.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Day to day, you may find yourself doing the following:

  • Report to and receive guidance from the Director of Marketing to implement and maintain brand vision across websites
  • Manage and update website content in Wordpress, with the latest product and company developments.
  • Collaborate with various teams for content creation, marketing initiatives and digital marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage landing pages for online marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Analyze website traffic and user engagement to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage backlog and respond to incoming requests by soliciting information, defining requirements and acceptance criteria, and breaking down tasks into smaller units.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices.
  • Outstanding copywriting skills, specifically tailored to creating captivating and SEO-friendly website content that resonates with a specific audience, enhances user engagement, and aligns with a brand's online presence and marketing goals.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
