    Description

    Position: Invoicing and Collections Associate - PCVRS
    (Remote position based in Canada)

    Are you detail-oriented and self-disciplined? Do you have strong communication and negotiation skills? If yes, this role might be perfect for you!

    About the Company: Join our dynamic team as an Invoicing and Collections Associate for the PCVRS partnership with WCG. Your responsibilities will include generating, reviewing, and sending invoices, as well as contacting clients for outstanding payments.

    Responsibilities for Invoicing:

    • Verify accuracy of billing data and make revisions if necessary
    • Research and resolve discrepancies in patient accounting details
    • Submit invoices according to guidelines and timelines
    • Notify clinics of any issues affecting future billing
    • Utilize system reports for necessary tasks

    Responsibilities for Collections:

    • Review and monitor accounts for collection efforts
    • Resolve client billing problems with good customer service
    • Identify issues contributing to account delinquency
    • Provide follow-up on payment arrangements
    • Report on collection activity and accounts status

    Skills Requirements:

    • Bilingualism in French/English required
    • Knowledge of invoicing procedures and collection techniques
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Respect for customer privacy and empathy
    • Experience with corporate collections or similar administrative roles

    Education and Experience:

    • Minimum Grade 12 diploma, bachelor's degree an asset
    • 2 years of corporate collection experience or 1-year administrative role within a clinic
    • Experience in sales or call center environments is a plus
