    We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our exceptional team as a full-time Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist. This is a Remote position and the salary is $$49,190 annually. The schedule is from Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing respectful, accurate, and timely responses to incoming inquiries.

    Responsibilities
    As a Remote Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

    • Effectively troubleshooting and resolving telephone/email inquiries utilizing various systems and tools in a timely manner
    • Providing accurate responses to both existing and new members while upholding the highest standards of customer service
    • Actively engaging in continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and professional development
    Qualifications
    To excel in this role as a Remote Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist, you'll need to possess:

    • Excellent communication skills in English and French
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple computer systems
    • Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to make timely decisions through investigation
    • Minimum high school education
    • Solid computer and multitasking skills
    • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments
    • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
