    Our client is looking to hire an experienced Marketing and Communications Lead to embrace and enhance our brand and manage a wide range of client and company projects.

    Our valued client is proudly a 100% indigenous-owned and female lead business specializing in modular construction.

    Above and beyond servicing the open market, they work with Indigenous and non- Indigenous communities to share its modular capability and knowledge to assist in co-creating innovative, resilient housing and childcare solutions.

    Our work is values driven and primarily focuses on Indigenous Housing, Social Housing and Child Care.

    The company is poised for significant growth over the next few years and in preparation for this exciting and challenging phase, we are actively seeking a highly engaged, driven and experienced Marketing and Communications Lead to join our team.

    This position will manage all marketing and communications activity and act as the lead of branding.
    You find it easy to work independently and can take initiative when needed. You excel at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks at a time but also know when to ask for help.

    You have outstanding writing skills, are personable, hyper-organized, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

    As the Marketing and Communications Lead, you will work both remotely and at our West Vancouver office located on the Squamish Nation Reserve, acting as project lead to deliver consistent high quality and professional client service in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

    Overall Corporate Branding, Marketing, PR and Communications Strategy and Execution
    Research, plan, create and implement communication and engagement strategies to support client projects, programs, events, and campaigns
    Plan, structure, write, edit, and produce various documents including, but not limited to: fact sheets, reports, newsletters, presentations, video scripts, displays, web copy, social media, news releases, and other publications
    Develop, monitor and evaluate digital strategies for both company and client projects
    Oversee research to support policy or program development and stakeholder engagement initiatives
    Develop and design marketing collateral
    Perform administrative and other related job duties
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with extreme attention to detail
    Demonstrated ability to translate technical, complex information into clear and plain language
    Demonstrated experience with graphic design, web design and/or video production
    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe, SharePoint, Canva, Wix
    Public sector experience and knowledge of Municipal, Regional and/or Provincial Government projects would be an asset
    Experience with search engine optimization, CRM software, and KPI tracking and analytics
    Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organizational skills
    Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, maintains a positive frame of mind and sets an example of professionalism for other employees
    Marketing experience in constructions, manufacturing, architecture or real estate would be a strong asset
    Experience in corporate branding, communications, and public relations
    A valid BC Driver's License is not required but is a strong asset as there may be local travel
