    Receptionist & Showroom Assistant for Atriani and Elviano

    Are you a dynamic and organized individual with exceptional communication skills?     Position: Receptionist & Showroom Assistant

    Location: Toronto, Ontario

    Responsibilities:

    1. Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.

    2. Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.

    3. Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a tidy appearance.

    4. Coordinate meeting rooms for internal and external events.

    5. Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

    6. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

    7. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Elviano and Atriani's products, services, and personnel to enhance the guest experience.

    8. Offer information about design services, products, and promotions for both Elviano and Atriani.

    9. Deep understanding of the products and services offered by both companies.

    10. Ensure the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showrooms.

    11. Process customer transactions through the POS system.

    12. Assist in managing and tracking inventory levels in the showrooms.

    Qualifications:

    1. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.

    2. Previous experience in customer service or showroom assistance.

    3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    6. Basic knowledge of design or luxury home decor is a plus.

    7. Professional appearance and demeanor.

    8. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
