    La divisione specializzata in Sales & Marketing di Manpower Professional, società di Head Hunting del Gruppo Manpower, per prestigiosa e storica realtà aziendale operante nel settore della Cosmesi ricerca la figura di Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist
    La risorsa, inserita in un contesto dinamico e strutturato a diretto riporto della direzione marketing, si occuperà di supportare le sue principali attività e della gestione generale dei progetti marketing monitorando l'avanzamento nelle operazioni quotidiane gestendone tempi e metodi.
    Nello specifico si occuperà:
    Supervisione ed esecuzione quotidiana delle campagne social (richiesta l'ottima conoscenza dei principali social media, in particolare Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube).
    Promozioni sui social media, partnership, iniziative di sensibilizzazione di blogger e influencer e reporting analitico (KPI).
    Supportare i lead degli account e aiutare a sviluppare e gestire iniziative nello spazio digitale, tra cui: strategia, pianificazione e implementazione di lanci stampa, collaborazioni ed eventi (esperienza nella pianificazione sui social, sviluppo e gestione di piani editoriali).
    Identificare e monitorare tendenze.
    Buona conoscenza di software media management tool, in particolare di Business Manager, della SEO ed il corretto utilizzo della piattaforma WordPress.
    Capacità di grafica base per creazione post.
    Analizzare i risultati e crearne report che li riassumano (capacità di analisi e produzione di reportistica).
    Assistere nella guida, organizzazione ed esecuzione di programmi di PR digitali in tutto il mondo.Interfaccia con i principali fornitori per implementazione e aggiornamento dei principali software aziendali e per la gestione operativa di ordini per aggiornamento della grafica
    Requisiti richiesti:
    Diploma o Laurea in ambito comunicazione o affini
    Esperienza pregressa nel settore
    Conoscenza dei principali software grafici;
    Capacità di scrittura creativa per la redazione di articoli e post
    Ha maturato esperienza in un contesto dinamico, flessibile e a contatto diretto con la proprietà
    Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese

    Ottima conoscenza dei principali applicativi e piattaforme utili al monitoraggio e analisi dei dati e della progettazione grafica. (digital signage open source, google analytics, canva, pacchetto microsoft office/ERP)
    Passione per il settore, curiosità, creatività, ottime doti comunicative e capacità di lavorare in gruppo completano il profilo.
