    Job Description:
    beBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Event Planning Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Event Planning team.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including meetings, conferences, and other special events
    • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
    • Prepare and manage event budgets
    • Monitor event progress and ensure deadlines are met
    • Create and distribute event materials, such as invitations, programs, and surveys
    • Provide on-site support during events
    • Assist with post-event evaluation and reporting

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, or related field
    • Proven experience in event planning and coordination
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
