    Description
    ServiceNow CMBD Technical Advisor
    Adecco is currently recruiting for a ServiceNow CMBD Technical Advisor for a 1-year hybrid contract opportunity. This role is with our Crown corporation client in downtown Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Enhanced Reliability Clearance.
    The ServiceNow CMBD Technical Advisorwill have the following responsibilities:
  • Perform ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) assessments and develop a roadmap for enhancements and stabilization;
  • Identify opportunity for improving the quality of the data in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB);
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing Configuration Management Database (CMDB) interfaces and improve them;
  • Establish a technical project plan with key milestones and providing status updates
  • Create ServiceNow epics and stories
  • Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements through the entire development lifecycle
  • Report on development work progress
  • Work with the support team to ensure transition from development to operation
  • Provide guidance and expertise to various stakeholders throughout the life of the project
  • Communicate and collaborate with project team members and key stakeholders throughout the life of the project
  • Other related activities and deliverables as required The ServiceNow CMBD Technical Advisormust meet the following mandatory requirements:
  • Must have a university degree or college diploma in business administration, statistics, or a related field;
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a technical lead for ServiceNow implementations;
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow CMDB
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and information to inform problem solving in relation to building systems and infrastructure;
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while working on multiple tasks;
