    Site Administrator

    Our client is searching for a Site Administrator to join their team in Fort McMurray. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of billing processes related to site operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Your success will be defined by your ability to:
    • Process a high volume of invoices and ensuring timely payments from clients
    • Validating billings and uploading them into site specific software
    • Maintain logs regarding project discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
    • Verify materials and review receiving reports
    • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Site Managers
    • Provide assistance to various managers when needed
    • Attend all site required meetings and prepare the necessary documentation
    Your strengths include:
    • 5+ years of experience with Billing Coordination for a large site is mandatory
    • Experience with Maximo is required
    • Ability to work onsite 6 days on and one day off during the duration of the contract
    • Experience with large projects will be considered an asset
    • Experience with job costing is required
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel is mandatory
