    As a leader in the tech industry, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our team and lead the successful execution of our technology programs.

    This role is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space. Candidates should be prepared to attend these meetings as necessary.

    We are looking for a skilled Program Director who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of technology programs within our agency.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of technology trends.

    Responsible for delivery of all projects and campaigns within assigned programs.

    Collaborate with account service, technology, design, marketing, and resourcing teams to establish and implement best practices.

    Set expectations at the project outset and proactively manage issues without compromising quality, team morale, or budget.


    Team Management:
    Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing ongoing support, guidance, and motivation.

    Coordinate and delegate projects among the team, partnering with department leads.

    Act as an escalation point for project managers, managing conflicts and differences of opinion.

    Serve as a key client contact, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and building client relationships.

    Provide regular project updates, navigate difficult conversations, and build client trust.

    Partner with the internal finance team on overall financial management of the account.

    Perform project financials, including scoping, pricing, and monitoring budgets.

    Provide oversight and forecast the needs for the management of project budgets.

    8+ years of enterprise project management experience, preferably in a technology agency setting, technology consulting, or e-commerce implementation and management.

    Deep experience with various program types and deliverables, such as enterprise CMS website design, development, ecommerce, SEO, PPC, UX, analytics, content at scale and digital experience platforms.

    Anticipate requirements, manage expectations, and emphasize details.

    Knowledge of enterprise CMS and DXP systems, Salesforce, Contentful and Adobe products.
