    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Customer Assistance Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    The candidate should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general customer service support.

    The candidate should also be able to provide accurate and timely information to customers, as well as maintain customer records.
