Description

Behaviour is looking for senior programmers to develop enterprise solutions on desktops. The programmer will work in a dynamic environment, with other programmers as well as a creative team on prototyping, design, implementation, and improvement of many aspects of the projects.

In this role, you will:

Work within a cross-discipline team on the development of various project features;
Debug and optimize your code at a low and high level to ensure optimal performance and quality;
Assess and communicate around the possible impacts of a change in the code;
Participate actively in the code reviews;
Test carefully the newly implemented features and suggest improvements;
Develop technical solutions that answer the project's needs and to our standards in terms of quality and performance;
Ensure that all the constraints have been considered while developing our projects;
Keep updated on the latest technological trends.

What we are looking for:

You write clear and maintainable code for at least 8 years;
Experience working with Unreal Engine 5;
You are comfortable with programming – especially in C++;
You love solving challenging technical problems with the most effective solutions;
You can prioritize, plan, and organize your work & time and work within deadlines;
You have a strong interest and a real enthusiasm for gaming technologies and their application in various fields;
You have effective communication and interpersonal skills;
You are thriving on change and can adapt to changing needs and requirement;
Bonus point - Have previous experience with Unreal Engine 4.

Dans ce rôle, vous devrez :

Travailler au sein d'une équipe interdisciplinaire sur le développement de diverses caractéristiques du projet ;
Déboguer et optimiser votre code de bas et de haut niveau afin d'assurer une performance et une qualité optimale ;
Évaluer et communiquer sur les impacts possibles d'une modification du code ;
Participer activement à la révision des codes ;
Tester soigneusement les nouvelles fonctionnalités et proposer des améliorations ;
Développer des solutions techniques qui répondent aux besoins du projet et à nos standards en termes de qualité et de performance ;
S'assurer que toutes les contraintes ont été prises en compte lors de l'élaboration de nos projets ;
Rester informé des dernières tendances technologiques.

Ce que nous recherchons :

Vous rédigez un code compréhensible et évolutif pendant au moins 8 ans ;
Avoir de l'expérience avec Unreal 5 ;
Vous êtes vraiment à l'aise avec la programmation, surtout en C++ ;
Vous aimez résoudre des problèmes techniques difficiles en trouvant la solution la plus efficace ;
Vous êtes capable d'établir des priorités, de planifier, d'organiser votre travail et votre temps et de travailler dans les délais impartis ;
Vous avez un grand intérêt et un réel enthousiasme pour les technologies relatives aux jeux vidéo et leurs applications dans divers domaines ;
Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles ;
Vous vous épanouissez grâce au changement et vous pouvez vous adapter à l'évolution des besoins et des exigences ;
Point bonus - expérience avec Unreal Engine 4.

Le programmeur travaillera dans un environnement dynamique, avec d'autres programmeurs ainsi qu'une équipe créative, sur le prototypage, la conception, la mise en œuvre et l'amélioration de nombreux aspects des projets.
