    Description

    HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top distribution company in Brampton who needs to hire a Customer Service Supervisor.

    To be considered, you will need 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor while being employed with a company that distributes heavy duty truck parts or come from a similar industry.

    This role is 100% on siteMinimum Requirements3 years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor while being employed with an industrial parts distributor or from a manufacturing companyAble to create vlookups and pivot tables in ExcelA proven track record of addressing customer complaints and issuesAbility to coach, mentor and train customer service representativesExperience overseeing a small call centerResponsibilities Train new employees in cusomter service policiesOversee work schedulesManage customer service representatives and ensures they provide outstanding service to customerMonitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between customer service representatives and customersEnsure that representatives are informed about changes to company products and servicesPrepare monthly reports summarizing departmental performanceContact and Resume SubmissionIf you feel you are an excellent candidate and have the required skills and experience indicated above, please send your attached resume and any important details to HCR Permanent Search, care of the recruitment consultant listed below.
