    The Opportunity

    We're searching for a driven and creative Social Media Manager to shape our brand's voice and build an engaged online community. If you're a recent graduate or about to graduate from a program in marketing, communications, or a related field, this is your chance to jumpstart your career in a dynamic startup environment.

    Compensation: (CAD) $22.00-$30.00 / hour

    Hours: 10-20 / week (based on your availability)

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and execute our social strategy: Craft compelling content, schedule posts, and manage presence across relevant platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, potentially TikTok)
    • Build our community: Engage with followers, answer questions, foster meaningful online conversations, and nurture a sense of belonging around our tools.
    • Track and analyze: Monitor social media metrics, identify trends, and report on campaign performance for data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate across teams: Work with product development and design teams to showcase new features, gather feedback, and run exciting promotions.

    • Is social media savvy: You have a knack for the latest trends, understand how to create engaging content, and know the best practices for each platform.
    • Has a passion for productivity: You're genuinely excited about tools that help people learn, work, and achieve their goals.
    • Is a clear communicator: You have excellent writing skills and can convey our brand's message effectively.
    • Is eager to learn and grow: You're a self-starter with the ambition to take ownership and expand your skills within a fast-paced startup.
    • Ready to work closely with a graphic designer: We're also looking for a graphic designer to place on the media team, under your direction.
