About Us: With sustained growth, we're excited to announce a newly created position at our Brampton, Ontario facility. As the Lean Manufacturing Coordinator, y ou'll play a pivotal role in drivin g lean ini tiatives t hroughout the organization, working under the guidance of the Manufacturing Engin eering Dept .

Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate lean events, spearheading the implementation of Victaulic ' s con tinuous improvement program .
Take a hand s-on appr o ach to cha mpion the implementation of process improvements and lean manufacturing concepts across all business areas.
Provide comprehensive training on lean concepts to champio ns, skill coaches, supervisors, and team leaders.
Foster a culture of 5S throug h out the fa cility, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
Drive measurable improvements in productivity, cost reduction, and enhanced product availability.

Qualifications and Experience:

Post-Secondary Education, preferably in an e ngineering discipli n e or relat ed field.
5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Extensive knowledge of Lean Concepts, with a hands-on facilitating approach.
Strong interpersonal a nd project management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communica tion skil l s.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Proven training experience is required.
Advanced computer and presentation skills.
