    Être Conseiller.ère en Ressources Humaines et Communication chez Ville en vert c'est :

    T'occuper du recrutement et de l'administration des Patrouilles (+/-12) pour notre mandat de distribution des bacs de collecte de résidus alimentaires dans les édifices de 9 logements et + et des Industries, Commerces et Institutions (ICI), répondre aux questions des à propos de l'implantation et de l'utilisation des bacs et collaborer avec la personne en charge du projet pour l'entrée des données.

    Rôle et responsabilités

    Pour mener à bien cette mission, tu vas, sous la responsabilité de Camille, la Responsable des Ressources Humaines :


    •Prendre en charge le processus de dotation pour les Patrouilles de Sensibilisation en Gestion des Résidus Alimentaires : tri des candidatures, entrevues et intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs ;

    •Former les nouveaux arrivants sur le message à délivrer aux ré et gestionnaires des immeubles de 9 logements et +, les ICI et les écoles des arrondissements ;

    •Répondre aux questions des ré et gestionnaires des immeubles de 9 logements et +, les ICI et les écoles des arrondissements par courriel et par téléphone ;

    •Apporter du support à Konson, le chargé de projet pour l'entrée et le suivi des données ;

    •Assister la Responsable des RH dans ses tâches en Ressources Humaines ;

    •Toute autre tâche connexe à la mission de l'organisme et à tes talents

    Exigences du poste

    De ton côté, tu es :

    •Reconnu.e pour la qualité de ton service à la clientèle ;

    •Organisé.e et ;

    •Autonome, tout en sachant travailler en confiance et transparence avec tes collègues ;

    •Passionné.e par l'humain ;

    Et d'un point de vue plus technique :

    •Tu possèdes une formation en administration, ressources humaines, communication ou tout autre domaine pertinent au poste ;

    •Tu as de l'expérience en travail de bureau et en service à la clientèle ;

    •Tu t'intéresses de près aux problématiques socio-environnementales ;

    •Tu maîtrises le français et l'anglais, pour pouvoir répondre aux questions d'un maximum de ;

    •Comme atouts, tu as une expérience en recrutement, tu connais le milieu communautaire, tu parles d'autres langues ou tu connais les arrondissements Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension et/ou Ahuntsic-Cartierville.
