    Description
    Our client is a Montreal based manufacturer currently seeking a Senior Support Technician to join their growing organization.

    The IT support technician is a level 1,2 and 3 and will be in charge of all IT Day to Day operations as well as implementation of improvement plans under the guidance of his manager.


    Responsibilities:

    • Support users with technical issues as they arise, either in person or remotely;
    • Setting up computers and accounts for new employees and workstations; · Perform required system updates on customer equipment including but not limited to Windows systems and Anti-Virus software;
    • Document IT procedures.
    • Pass Network cables
    • Put together step by step user guides when the need arise.
    • In depth troubleshoot of System/hardware/Network failures
    • Proactively analyze and problem solve IT issues Requirements:
    • AEC or diploma related to the IT field;
    • Level 1,2 and 3 knowledge and experience
    • Experience supporting clients in a company;
    • Experience in a help desk role (an asset);
    • Experience using a skyjack an asset
    • Excellent communications skills Fluent (written and spoken) in English (French an asset);
    • Expert in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and File Storage systems;
