    Job Title:
    Project Manager

    Our client is currently seeking a Senior Construction Manager/Project Manager for a permanent job opportunity based out of Woodstock, Ontario.

    A family-owned leading construction company specializing in bridge construction projects throughout Ontario. We are committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions that enhance the communities we serve.

    As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Construction Manager/Project Manager to join our team in Woodstock, Ontario.

    As a Senior Construction Manager/Project Manager at, you will take on a leadership role in our construction projects, overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.

    Your extensive construction management expertise will be instrumental in driving project success while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets.


    Project Management:

    Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of bridge construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

    Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, and monitor project progress accordingly.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to drive successful project outcomes.

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates and communications.

    Implement effective risk management strategies, identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
    Monitor project budgets and financial performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure projects remain within budget.
    Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.


    Construction Management:
    Oversee the day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring they align with project plans and specifications.
    Manage and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, safety practices, and adherence to project schedules.
    Address construction-related issues, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions to keep projects on schedule and budget.
    Implement best practices in construction management to improve processes and outcomes continually.
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
    Extensive experience in bridge construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
    Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry standards.
    Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
