    Description

    This position is with an Ontario based Automotive group with multiple dealerships in South western Ontario. We are looking for a highly motivated, sales driven, seasoned coach to lead our successful service team. This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive, process driven dealership that is dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will be an experienced Service Manager with a positive attitude, attention to detail, be committed to creating an exceptional experience for customers, and an excellent working environment for all employees.

    • Previous service leadership experience with a franchised automotive dealership
    • Proven record of success in cultivating a supportive team environment
    • Process driven with impeccable organization and prioritization abilities
    • Exceptional problem solving, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
    • Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes
    • High initiative and high energy with outstanding engagement and communication skills
    • Impeccable follow-through and commitment to quality service
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
