    Description

    Finance Analyst Co-Op

    The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory, project accounting, internal audit and providing financial and accounting support.

    Location: Mississauga, ON

    When: September Months)

    Your Challenges:

    • Inventory turnover analysis
    • Inventory reconciliation, sub-ledger to General Ledger
    • Inventory obsolescence and associated provisions
    • Review of Project specific inventory, open Purchase Orders, open Work Orders
    • Reconciliation – project specific sub-ledger
    • Project Closure
    • Performs Internal Audit of operating procedures and processes for SOX Compliance
    • Accounts Payable distribution – internal and scan to central processing
    • Journal Entries – prepare, process and reconciliation of journal entries.
    • Ad-hoc reporting

    Your Expertise:

    • Second year or better in Accounting program.
    • Excellent organization and communication skills.
