    Office conveniently located in Toronto's Financial District Develop human resources policies and procedures;
    • Manage employee relations and maintain confidential staff records;
    • Create and maintain company policy manuals while ensuring consistency of practices;
    • Provides advice and guidance to management on human resource issues;
    • Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding;
    • Coordinate vendor relationships and negotiate contracts;
    • Develop, manage, and maintain Occupational Health & Safety programs and Emergency Response Plans;
    • Perform year end payroll reconciliations; Strong technical abilities and proficiency with MS Office;
