- Design and execute targeted demand-generation campaigns that enhance market awareness, build trust, and generate demand amongst our ideal customer profiles.
- Develop strategies for lead capture and nurturing programs to advance leads through the sales funnel.
- Manage integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase our marketing database and overall marketing qualified lead (MQL) pipeline.
- Plan and implement multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns across all stages of the buyer's journey, leveraging channels such as webinars, email, social media, SEM, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Use A/B testing and optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and generate a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Manage nurture programs for new business prospecting and product upsell across geographies and product lines.
- Manage account-based marketing strategy across client tiers for enterprise accounts.
- Work closely with other marketing specialists, content creators, and product specialists to ensure demand generation strategies are integrated and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS B2B, specializing in demand generation, preferably within early-stage startups or data & analytics products.
- Proven track record of successful management of multi-channel campaigns that contribute to the sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM (including platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics), and experience with marketing automation tools like ActiveCampaign, Marketo or Pardot.
- Capable of leveraging data from CRM, Marketing Automation, and ABM tools to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts
- Exceptional communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, showcasing ownership, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
