Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Analyst and provide change management expertise to a technology services organization within an enterprise level environment.
This individual will design organizational change management - OCM deliverables, train project teams on the change management approach and coach stakeholders on change management activities utilizing Prosci's change management methodology and tools.
The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.A degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Computer Science (or a closely related field) is preferred.
8 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.Experience should include direct work experience as a business analyst, business system analyst, strategic business partner, organizational change manager or equivalent.
Demonstrable experience with change management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.Technical interviewing skills:
Possess functional/process interviewing skills in the business environment.
