    Sells the business unit\'scapabilities and differentiation frameworks. * Recognizes andcommunicates sales opportunities for other business units. * Empoweredto make decisions on behalf of clients to provide superior service. *Provides information for clients (e.g. Quoting, Capabilities, Status,Sample Submission) * Assists Vice President, EN with managing variousaspects of quote, proposal and RFI development for assignedopportunities.

    * Onboard new clients by asking appropriate questions,quoting and providing EOL training * Submits and coordinates clientrequests for re-testing, additional testing, OOS investigations, andchanges that are needed.

    * Provides support for other ClientManager/Client Service Specialist when needed (e.g. absence, workloadadjustment, site and regional balancing) * Coordinates conference callswith clients and other areas of Eurofins as needed.

    * Contributes toassigned process improvement projects and supports implementation whenneeded * Providing reports and analysis of department metrics andmanagement information * Developing and/or improving standardfunctional process/procedures * Interfaces with key clients toestablish mutually important performance measures.

    * Trains, mentors, and coachesothers with data analysis and use of statistical tools and processexcellence techniques.

    * Enhances project management skills andtechniques; is able to manage multiple priorities effectively and meetcommitments in an accurate and timely manner * Develops andcommunicates business cases to support recommendations for change anddevelops controls to monitor the progress associated with implementationof the recommended changes.
