What will be your daily pursuit?:
The Employee Experience Coordinator role is primarily responsible for improving employee engagement and experience. The scope of this role extends across eight hotels in Jasper.

Reporting to the Director of People & Community, this role requires an individual who is positive, self-motived, organized, and passionate in creating the best possible staff experience.

Collaborate with the Learning and Retention Manager to build and facilitate Hospitality Training, New Hire Orientations, Peak Performer Awards and other related programsAssist new team members complete ADP new-hire onboardingTroubleshoot employment-related system issues and questions including, but not limited to ADP WorkforceNow, ADP time & attendance, benefitsAssisting managers with personnel paperwork including ECFs and WCB reportingAssist with creation of merge letters for custom employee communications as needed, and produce employment confirmation letters for active and terminated employeesAssist the Talent Team with seasonal recruitment including interviews, processing job offers and data entryAssist the P&C leadership team when needed by providing support to leaders on employee coaching in accordance with policies, procedures and employment law where requiredAdministering staff attraction bookings and managing the employee ski pass programBe a primary point of contact for all team members and provide support with their inquiries and concernsDevelop a rolling calendar of staff events that is exciting and meaningful to our team membersDistribute uniforms and nametags to team members and maintain organization of uniform inventoryForecast, coordinate, and deliver staff events in conjunction with Jasper Lodging Department HeadsPromote events to staff, track attendance and solicit feedback for future improvementCommunicate to the management team the successes and challenges of events with a go forward plan for future yearsPromote, coordinate and track participation in community volunteer opportunities, aligning with Pursuit's Promise to Place initiativesKey administrator of the Jasper Lodging business and employee post office boxes, including collecting and distributing mailOther duties as assignedWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven ability to organize and perform well in a very busy environment with competing prioritiesCulture driver focused on team engagementOrganized and able to plan against deadlinesA valid driver's license and clean driving abstractClear commitment to continuous improvement and growthAbility to work professionally with confidential informationWhat will your work environment be like?:Beautiful.
