    Description

    The Role:

    This is maternity cover for EA to CIO of Ardonagh Global Partners (AGP). A varied and challenging EA role in a fast-paced M&A team. Working closely alongside another EA in the AGP team, together you will provide key business support to all 5-6 Execs.

    It is a dynamic role that would suit someone who enjoys being a linchpin and would relish working within a commercial environment supporting impressive and entrepreneurial executives. You will be pivotal in ensuring all deadlines are met and objectives are achieved during a period of high growth and rapid expansion. The team work globally and frequently travel, so making efficient travel arrangements is key to this role.

    This a hybrid role, based from home and in our London office ideally 2-3 days a week.

    Due to a growing business, there is the potential that this role is made permanent at the end of the 12 month contract.

    The Person:

  • An exceptionally well organised and structured professional with keen attention to detail, working with discretion at all times
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external contacts in international teams at all levels
  • An independent and self-motivated individual with the ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a lean, agile and often remote/travelling team.
  • Able to work closely and with impact alongside another EA on all deliverables
  • Excellent time management and a strong record of delivery, used to balancing changing priorities and working to concurrent deadlines.
  • Proactive and positive attitude, working with initiative, accuracy, resourcefulness and a solutions-based approach.
  • ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working in a similar PA/EA role in a fast-paced business environment, ideally supporting C-Suite executives
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills required including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

  • Insurance/Financial Services industry experience or any other regulated environment.
  • Experience of working internationally and/or ability to speak other languages.
