    Human Resources and Health & Safety Administrator – Summer Internship

    We are looking for a Human Resources/Health & Safety Intern (Summer 2024) to join our HR and H&S Team in Mississauga.

    This role will assist the HR and H&S function with administrative support and HR/H&S-related tasks and will run from May 6, 2024 through to August 30, 2024.

    Human Resources
    Organize and maintain records and documentation related to employee files, disciplinary records, training,etc.
    Provide support throughout the recruitment process.
    Participate in HR meetings and take meeting notes.
    Assist with HR projects and initiatives as appropriate.
    Health & Safety
    Organize and maintain records and documentation related to safety protocols, incidents, and training.
    Collect and analyze data related to safety incidents, near misses, and safety compliance, including environmental safety metrics.
    Currently enrolled or recent graduate of a Human Resources Management (preferred) or Health & Safety college or university program
    Detail-oriented with excellent administrative and organizational skills
    Previous internship or work experience in the HR field is considered an asset

    This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and Health & Safety, apply your skills, and contribute to real-world business applications.

    You will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals while making meaningful contributions to our HR and H&S teams.
