    Job Summary:
    As an Operating Group of Constellation Software Inc. (Since we hold our acquisitions indefinitely, positioning our companies for success is our top priority.

    We grow our companies through the sharing of best practices accumulated from many acquisitions, and a variety of organic measures such as initiatives and product development.

    We are looking for a Lead Generation Representative for our Mergers & Acquisitions team. You are driven to perform, results-oriented and enjoy being on the phone.
    The position requires excellent social skills, a warm phone manner, and an enthusiastic energetic self-starter.

    As an important member of our M&A team, you will drive our acquisition activities by sourcing acquisitions of vertical-market-software companies by:

    Creatively identifying vertical market software businesses meeting our strategic criteria
    Maintaining and building a proprietary database of industry contacts
    Working in a team environment with Senior Business Development Associates to ensure the smooth transition to the later stages of the process as appropriate
    Undergraduate Business or Marketing Degree preferred
    1 year or less Software Sales experience preferred
    Previous experience with Salesforce CRM beneficial
    Self-motivated, hands-on attitude with a sense of urgency towards driving sales and marketing lead volumes to generate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
    Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
