    StretchLab is seeking an experienced General/Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations for our StretchLab Studio.

    What is StretchLab?

    Originally founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in a new concept offering one-on-one assisted stretching in a welcoming studio environment. The StretchLab model employs a team of experts (called Flexologists) already certified in related fields – kinesiology, athletic therapy, massage therapy, yoga, pilates, and more – and also complete a proprietary Flexologist training program to ensure that client's receive a world class assisted stretching session. StretchLab currently has over 400+ franchise locations open worldwide and we are excited to have opened two locations so far in Calgary with more to come

    POSITION:

    The General/Sales Manager will primarily be responsible for driving studio sales & memberships, as well as managing the other team members including schedules and payroll. This role is comprised of ~80% sales and ~20% staff management and studio operations .

    Responsibilities

    ● Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and Networking with businesses

    ● Active outreach via phone calls/texts/emails and prospecting

    ● Positive attitude with great communication skills

    ● Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts

    ● Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts

    ● Train & supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists

    ● Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

    ● Collect outstanding dues

    ● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the StretchLab studio

    ● Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures

    ● Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible

    ● Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

    ● Any other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    ● 5+ years of sales and management experience

    ● Confident in generating the majority of sales and training/coaching staff to sell

    ● Ability to work weekends as needed

    ● Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner

    ● Ability to manage and drive revenue streams from both membership sales and retail

    ● Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.

    ● Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.

    ● Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.

    ● An affinity and passion for fitness and wellness industry.

    ● Solid writing and grammar skills.

    ● Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

    ● Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.

    ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    ● Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.

    ● Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
