    beBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Catering Event Planner to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing catering events from start to finish.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement event plans, including timelines, budgets, and staffing requirements
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure all necessary supplies and services are provided
    • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
    • Manage event logistics, including transportation, catering, and accommodations
    • Monitor event progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
    • Ensure all event details are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Provide on-site support during events

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, or related field
    • Proven experience in event planning and execution
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
