    Job Description:
    beBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Social Event Planner to join our team in Mississauga.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of social events, including corporate events, private parties, and other special occasions.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and organizing venues, vendors, and other resources
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all necessary services are provided
    • Manage event logistics, including setup and breakdown of event space
    • Monitor event progress and make adjustments as needed
    • Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed
    • Provide excellent customer service to guests

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in event planning, hospitality, or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in event planning
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of event planning software
