    Description

    We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Operations Associate to join our team at Robert Walters. As an Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting various functions within the office and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, work collaboratively, and take on diverse responsibilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support to fee earners, ensuring their administrative needs are met efficiently.
    • Assist in maintaining the office environment by ordering office equipment and snacks, enhancing the overall employee experience, and fostering engagement in a hybrid work environment.
    • Manage reception duties both virtually and in-person when necessary, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, main phone line, meeting room bookings, and general upkeep.
    • Engage in research projects to gain exposure to and develop skills in other business functions, such as Talent, HR, Marketing, and recruitment.
    • Coordinate PRC interview schedules and track PRC in the hiring process, contributing to a seamless onboarding experience for new starters.
    • Assist in scheduling new hire onboarding sessions, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of internal events and provide support for client/candidate events alongside the marketing team.
    • Represent the Robert Walters brand both internally and externally, encouraging PRC referrals from your network.

    Requirements:

    • Two years experience in an administrative role within recruitment or similar.
    • Ensure precise data entry and maintenance of the company database and shared documents.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in using Profile for data entry and Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
    • Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to ensure timely completion of support duties. Being able to Multi – task and stay organized is an asset.
    • Handle administrative tasks, including answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
    • Develop basic knowledge of the different teams in the office and their functional areas of specialization.
