    Description

    Marketers on Demand is searching for a creative thinker to join our client's team as a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager. Are you a self-starter who has the ability to work on multiple brands at the same time? This is an incredible opportunity for someone who takes a lot of pride in what they do and can contribute to a growing company

    This is a hybrid opportunity with 2 days/week in office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and campaigns; drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
    • Manage and launch new products
    • Identify key trends and opportunities for growth through market research and analysis
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that ROI is maximized

    Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related experience
    • Over 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic marketing planning (CPG experience is preferred)
    • Previous experience in online, offline and trade marketing channels
    • Experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
    • Prior experience in building and mentoring a winning team is key
