    Description
    Our fast-growing company is seeking an Order Management Team Lead for our Customer Care team. You will work with established procedures and policies in a fast-paced environment beside a dynamic order entry team.

    By 'Going the extra mile' you support your team to produce high-quality results to ensure our customers are safe.

    While processing purchase orders you will liaise with the Regional Sales Managers, the Client Success team, the Production & Shipping teams as well as our Distributors & Customers

    • Provide information to our customers via e-mails and phone-calls in a proactive, prompt, and professional manner.
    Handle shipping disputes and rush orders.
    Understand order processing and return procedures and policies.
    2 years in an order management position or related experience.
    ~ You have experience with a CRM system (Netsuite considered an asset)
    ~ You are computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Drive, SharePoint MS Teams, Outlook, Remote working communication tools.
    ~ You can be firm in your delivery of company policies while being empathetic to your team customer demands.
