    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Support Coordinator to join our team in Montreal.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, as well as troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries.


    The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as experience in customer service and technical support.

    The candidate should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    The Support Coordinator will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and providing feedback to customers.
