    Customer Support Representatives Freelance Customer Service / Support
    Description
    We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

    The candidate should also have a good working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.

    The successful candidate will be expected to:

    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues
    • Provide accurate information about products and services
    • Monitor customer service metrics and suggest improvements
    • Maintain customer records
    • Identify and suggest potential products or services to customers
