- Manage and maintain executive calendars, coordinate meetings/conferences.
- Act as the VP's delegate for email and phone during absences.
- Develop communications, meeting/conference materials, forms, documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate all requirements, including expense claims, invoices, travel, and supplies.
- Organize quarterly town halls, employee recognition celebrations, and team events.
- Maintain global distribution list and distribute group-wide communications.
- Raise awareness among the team, extend invitations to key business partners.
- Maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with individuals at all levels.
- Assist with anticipating needs, resilience in challenging situations, and perseverance.
- Must-have: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
