The Water Engine. Maybe It's An
Idea Whose Time Has Come.

Back in the 1930's a guy named Charles Lang invented
a internal combustion engine that created the electrici-
ty to run itself from distilled water.

The exhaust this engine produced was composed of
hyrdogen and oxygen.

Mr. Lang tried to patent this idea and ran right up
against the poweful automotive and oil industries. As
you can imagine, this idea threatened the entire futures
of both industries.

But it's now almost a century later and the biggest
challenge the entire planet faces is, you guessed it,
carbon emissions from gas-burning combustion engines
that power vehicles, heat and cool homes, offices,
machinery and factories all over the world.

It's a sure bet that the plans for Mr. Lang's water
engine still exist somewhere. Wouldn't it be amazing
if some innovative car company or engine design
company could get hold of that idea and apply some
21st century thinking to it.

If that happened, we could soon be living in a world
able to eventually eliminate carbon emissions and the
threat those emissions have on all the living creatures
on the planet, including all of us.

You could argue that the electric vehicle industry
is doing that already. But, sadly, you would be wrong.
The carbon produced in the mining, manufacturing
adter life of the materials needed to make electric
batteries and the cars themselves just barely offset the
carbon that running those vehicles eliminates.

Our Sustainable Future
