    Job Summary:

    CN Customer Solutions & Innovation Engineering is looking for a Manager of Engineering Delivery. Your role will involve leading the delivery of strategic supply chain logistics products, organizing engineering activities, and ensuring reliability of complex distributed systems.

    • Main Responsibilities:
      • Product Delivery
      • Project Scoping - Translate business requirements into project delivery plans.
      • Project Staffing - Create agile delivery PODs with skilled individuals.
      • Project Delivery - Drive project execution and quality through regular engineering reviews.
      • Team Management
      • Engineering Practices

    Requirements:

    Experience in software engineering, leadership, and IT project management. Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field. Competencies in leadership, communication, engineering, product delivery management, and business acumen.

    Technical Skills/Knowledge:

    Expertise in software engineering, enterprise grade product delivery, program management, Agile delivery, software SDLC phases, and more. Knowledge of programming languages like Java, web and mobile development stacks, API, micro-services, Systems Integration, DevOps, and SAFe methodology.

    Organizational Impact:

    Lead the engineering and delivery of high-value products, influence technology directions, and interact with senior management and executives.
