About the Sales Manager Role

Reporting to the Key Accounts Director | Retail – Western Canada the Sales Manager | Alberta Chains will lead the Field Sales Team dedicated to , with accountability for the Development of Team Members, Expansion of PMA Brands within Banners, and Delivery of Business Objectives.

Experience & Other Requirements

Post secondary education required in business or related field.
Minimum 5 Years Sales Experience in the Retail Sales Channel (Beverage Alcohol or CPG)
Minimum 3 Years of Beverage Alcohol Sales Experience in Alberta
Well Demonstrated Track Record of Team Building & Sales Leadership
Well Demonstrated Track Record of Managing Stakeholders
Valid Driver's License with Fully Insured & Reliable Transportation
Minimum 60% of Time in Field including Ability to Travel Overnight within Alberta as Required
Hybrid Working Environment based in Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta
Must be Legally Able to Work in Canada
Must be of Legal Drinking Age
