    Working closely with the CGA global admissions team, this role will be focused on achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes in Asia.

    This is a full-time remote position, based in Thailand (or another focus market in Asia for CGA).

    What success looks like for this role?

    Marketing: Manage and support the end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of local marketing and growth campaigns in Mandarin and Thai.

    Sales: Convert leads into consultations for our sales team via email, messaging platforms and phone.

    Business development: Identify and sign new partners to generate referrals; propose and host joint marketing efforts with partners.

    Community: Organize and execute initiatives to drive retention and referrals from our existing base of families.

    What skills and experience are required?

    2+ years experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably in the private education sector.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Thai.

    Relevant tools: LINE, WeChat, Canvas, Salesforce (or other CRMs), Marketo

    Comfort working in an international technology company with colleagues from all over the world.
